After conducting a site survey, the team carried out a test-fit phase and layout modifications. This was prior to commencing the developed and technical design, which followed Randstad’s design standards for their Italian branches.
The delivery team started on site with the strip out of pre-existing flooring, ceilings and M&E systems. The scope of works encompassed the installation of new plasterboard ceilings, floorings and glazed partitions, as well as new M&E systems and data cabling. All external windows and balconies were also restored. The newly fitted premises for Randstad featured different multi-desk enclosed offices, a large meeting room and four interview booths, on an overall area of approximately 270 sq m.
The collaboration of ISG and Realys teams, combining their expertise, proved to be a real success on this project. This was a key factor, along with a teamwork approach on site, in achieving Absolute Completion on 3 March 2016.
